WISE Centre MoU Signing

WISE Centre MoU Signing

DesiColab marked another significant milestone in its mission to empower women through entrepreneurship by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mrs. Priya Jadhav for the establishment of a Women’s Initiative for Skilling & Entrepreneurship (WISE) Centre in the Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC) region of Pune. The partnership represents a shared commitment to creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for women by providing them with access to skill development, entrepreneurship training, and business incubation support.

The upcoming WISE Centre will serve as a dedicated hub where aspiring women entrepreneurs can acquire industry-relevant skills, receive practical training, and develop the confidence to start and grow their own enterprises. Through structured learning programs, mentorship, and market-oriented guidance, the centre aims to bridge the gap between talent and economic opportunity.

Under this collaboration, DesiColab will extend its expertise in entrepreneurship development, incubation, branding, market linkages, and capacity building, while Mrs. Priya Jadhav will play a key role in establishing and managing the WISE Centre within the PCMC area. The initiative is designed to create a supportive ecosystem that enables women to transition from learners to business owners by addressing common entrepreneurial challenges such as product development, branding, marketing, logistics, and customer outreach.

The WISE Centre will also host regular workshops, expert sessions, networking events, and community engagement programs to strengthen entrepreneurial capabilities and encourage innovation among women. By fostering practical skills alongside business knowledge, the centre aims to promote financial independence, self-employment, and long-term economic empowerment.

This MoU reflects the shared vision of DesiColab and Mrs. Priya Jadhav to build an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem where women are equipped with the resources, mentorship, and opportunities needed to establish successful, self-reliant enterprises. The launch of the WISE Centre in PCMC is expected to benefit numerous aspiring women entrepreneurs and contribute meaningfully to local economic and social development.
